1. Production & Processing Time
All orders are processed and printed within 2 to 5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We are proud to offer Free Standard Shipping on all orders to the United States and Canada. No hidden fees or surprises at checkout.

Please note that delivery delays can occasionally occur due to customs or carrier issues.

3. Customs, Duties, and Taxes (For Canadian Orders)
Vanguard is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

4. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
