Because our products are custom printed and made-to-order especially for you, we do not accept returns or refunds for a change of mind, incorrect size selection, or buyer's remorse.

Damages and Issues (Free Replacement Guaranteed): Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged, matted, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at sameh.entrepreneur@gmail.com with clear photos of the product and the shipping label.

Once verified, we will send you a 100% free replacement or issue a full refund. You do not need to ship the damaged item back to us.

Cancellations: Orders can only be canceled or modified within 1 hours of purchase. After this window, the order is sent to production and cannot be stopped
